for the catalog of the Third International Industrial
 Exhibition «EXPO-RUSSIA VIETNAM 2019»
and Third Russian-Vietnamese business-forum

On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation I would like to welcome participants, guests and organizers of the Third International Industrial Exhibition «EXPO-RUSSIA VIETNAM 2019» and Third Russian-Vietnamese transregional business-forum.
Vietnam holds one of the key positions in the development of cooperation between Russia and APAC countries. Recently export-import relations between the countries have shown positive dynamics.
At the exhibition «EXPO-RUSSIA VIETNAM 2019» export-oriented innovative products and inventions of companies and scientific organizations as well as perspective projects of different regional industries of both countries will be presented.
I believe that the exhibition and its eventful business program will strengthen trade and economic relations between Russia and Vietnam, promote Russian high-technology products and extend investment cooperation between the two countries.
I wish all participants, guests and organizers effective work, plans fulfillment and success in goals achievement!
